Description
Relationship Sales typically involves servicing an existing group of customers or a territory and the salesperson is required to maintain
and cross sell to the existing customers as well as develop new business. The compensation package usually includes a fixed salary
with a variable component in the form of an over-ride or results bonus. Relationship sales are based on developing strong relationships
through a consultative selling process and providing excellent customer service.
